ANDREW LAY  | ACQUISITION MANAGER

Andrew joined Sidford Capital in 2017. Mr. Lay is responsible for financial analysis of current assets and potential acquisitions, leasing, entitlement and marketing. Additionally, Mr. Lay is the facilitator for value add holdings that require repositioning and full lease-up.

Mr. Lay graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and International Business. Prior to Sidford Capital, Mr. Lay worked at Bill Barrett Corporation with a focus on asset dispositions.
