PHILIPP ZAGULOV  | FACILITY MAINTENANCE

Philipp Zagulov works closely with Ryan Lighthall to provide in-house general contracting services for all of Prime Management LLC tenant finishes and capital improvements.  Philipp began in commercial construction before focusing on high-end commercial renovations and finishes.  Most recently Philipp was focused on carpentry, where he became a foreman before joining Prime Management LLC.
